Robinson R22

More than 3,000 R22 helicopters have been delivered to 60 countries around the globe. The R22 holds every performance record in its weight class including speed, altitude, and distance, and has the safest rotorcraft record in its class.

The skills acquired while training in the R22 will put you in an excellent position when you transition to other helicopter types. The savings gained by the R22's low operating and maintenance costs are passed on to our students, making the R22 the most economical helicopter trainer in the world today.

Robinson R44

The R44 delivers the performance of an expensive turbine helicopter at an affordable piston price. Its sleek design, impressive speed, and unparalleled reliability give it the competitive edge in today's fast-paced, changing environment. In addition, the greatest advantage of the R44 is its worldwide popularity--the R44 is the top-selling helicopter in the world. Because of this, there is an increasing demand for entry level pilots who have trained in the Robinson R44.

Standard R44 features include a precision-engineered RPM governor, a durable rotor brake, an auxiliary fuel system for added versatility and longer range, a powerful heater/defogger, and hydraulic power controls that completely eliminate stick shake and control forces for a smooth, relaxing ride. The Raven's distinctive aerodynamic design allows a high cruise speed up to 130 mph and an average fuel consumption of only 12 to 16 gallons per hour. The cabin offers comfortable “two plus two” seating with removable dual controls and no bulkhead or post between the front and rear seats, assuring exceptional visibility and panoramic views for all passengers.
